I wanted to try my hand at a “manly” Tri Shutter Card. I also wanted to see if I could make the fold so that I had a full card front. Here’s my first try, The basic directions are on the pictures.

N-E-W!! VIDEO TUTORIAL! Beate Johns was kind enough to make a complete video tutorial on my TRI Shutter card sample. It is hosted on SplitCoastStampers.com under resources.

Here is the direct link: Video Tutorial on TRI Shutter Card

You’ll need to scroll down the page past the photo tutorial (don’t forget to look at the newest version of TRI Shutter card that I made along with a fan fold flower!); at the bottom you will see the video.

Not only does she make another wonderful sample for you to see, but you get to hear her cute little accent!

    Hi Bonnie,
My oh my, this is another gorgeous card! You had really inspired me with your first tri-shutter card, so I made one for my friend’s BD. I don’t have a blog to link to show you, but I could email you the photo if you like…I think it turned out pretty good! Now I’m going to try your full card face version–thanks for being so innovative & sharing your wonderful gift!
