2024-03-25; March general craft class

Last week I went to a general craft class. We were supplied with flour sack kitchen towels, small stencils, stencil brushes and acrylic paint.

We did have some masking tape to tape the stencil down, but nothing in the way to color the individual pieces. Using limited supplies here is what I was able to do:

We each got to try stenciling on two different towels. You can see lots of smudges, but once this is used for a kitchen clean up you’ll never know.

I practiced on the torn scrap first and then on the actual towels. Once the paint dried for a day, then these were heat set with an iron and were ready for use.
