2009-10-09 Paper Quilling, Bouquet #6
2009/10/09
This is the last bouquet from my craftiness on World Card Making Day (10-3-09). I think I heard someone cheer because they are finally mounted, I think it was me.
Mounted on rust card stock to match the flower petals. I cuttlebugged the butter cream layer which I also darkened by doing a little wrinkle free distress on with scattered straw. From there I matted layers on top adding some ribbons, file tab, brads, staples and some strips from the word window punch.
This is the only double layered flower that I had done this week. On top instead of the standard quilled center I again added a homemade dew drop. This one is with pearl colored hot glue.

Hello, do you use those cardboard sheets to hold your quilled circles while the glue dries? Just wondering how you hold the shape of the item, and get the correct size for each petal, leaf, etc.
Gorgeous!!!! Are you using this for the ABR swap????
