2019-05-22; Scan-n-Cut experiment hello!~

Let me start by saying that I’ve had the scan-n-cut for a couple of years. I’ve never used it for anything other than just cutting out a stamped then scanned image. I love it for that reason. I did however; over the weekend play with it a little bit more. I designed a card from scratch by welding the letters to the card base.

Once that was done I only had to decorate the card.

Here is a close up view of the flower/arrangement. I did stamp, scan then cut out the flower images with the scan-n-cut. I colored the image by dipping the flower into ink that had been rubbed onto a craft mat and spritzed. Once that was dry, I dipped the colored image into VersaMark ink and clear embossed; molding the flower while it was still warm.

One more look at the card before you go on about your day….

I will have to try this technique again sometime.
