2018-05-22; fun foam flower in a box

This is a fun foam flower experiment. The fun foam flower is the bright pink one in the center. I die cut the petals using a Spellbinders die, heated the petals in my mini frying pan (photo of my mini pan in THIS POST) and then squinched and twisted the petals and let cool. Once cooled off I stacked the layers, added stamens, gesso & glitter glue.

Because the card is quite 3-d, I made a box for it.

And a better look at the card.  I have sewing, die cuts, stencil paste, gems, fussy cut DP, liquid pearls, ribbon and excelsior grass.

Here is a closer look at all of the layers.

Gold sewing was added to 2 of the borders,  liquid pearls added to the some of the greenery and stencil paste added over-all.

Thanks for stopping by.  I will have another card using many of the same DP to share shortly.
