2018-05-09; Gift of DP and results. Anchor’s away.

2018/05/09

A stamping friend sent me a surprise of DP.  Pictured here are pieces that she sent, all excepting a bright yellow embossed piece.  I made the card before I took the picture, doh!

I used the bright yellow embossed piece, the corrugated piece and the DP with anchors to create a card to send back to her.  I told her that I was making a card with what she sent me, and she seemed to think none of these pieces went with each other.  I hope she will be pleasantly surprised.

Here is the card I’m mailing out.  I created a shaker card.

Here is a close look at the layers and you can also see how I assembled the shaker window.  Instead of trying to deal with 3-d mounting tape on that tiny border, I cut 6 more of the same frame and stacked them.

Sorry this is a little out of focus.  The main item is the anchor embellishment.  This was colored with Prisma pencils and fussy cut out.

And one more look at the card before you go on about your day….
