2018-01-12; What’s Brewin’?

2018/01/12

Before I left for work this morning I started cutting pieces for a coffee card. Tonight I finished it up.
I used a 6×6 pad of DP by Doodlebug design ink called Kraft in color – kraft.  It’s double sided and after I had cut the sizes I ended up using the reverse side as it was more bright and cheerful than my original (1st side) picks.

The coffee beans are from two different sets of stamps. The bitty ones are by Stampin Up and the larger one by The Paper Studio.  The beans were covered with a crystal glaze and in the photo they are still wet.   Each of the beans was cut out using a Brother Scan-n-Cut machine; boy did that ever make quick work of it!

The coffee cup & scallop circle are both Cricut cut from the cartridge Love You a Latte. Once I had the cup together I also added some Cuttlebug Swiss dots embossing to the background and some crystal effects to the heart.

I hand cut the banner after having stamped the sentiment, by Stampin’ Up.
