2016-11-25; Center Style Easel Card

2016/11/25

A stamping friend sent me some fun supplies and using only the things she sent and my card stock this is the design I came up with. A center style easel card.

this fun leaf border is from the free svg cut file from svgcuts.com so if you have the equipment hop on over and collect the free file. Originally this border was used for a place card. I picked the leaf border to experiment with.

The chicken’s that are on the card are cut from a piece of DP that was sent to me. I picked two of them and fussy cut them out. One of them is popped up on 3-d mounting tape.

This is a closed view of how the card looks when the easel is not popped up.

And one more look at the card before you go on about your day….

This was a fun challenge where I used only the supplies that were sent to me and a few Cricut cuts.

Some details if you are interested:
The leaf border – svgcuts.com free file from the rustic place card set
Both the large and small medallions are from the Cricut Cartridge Elegant Edges, cut at 3.25″ and 1.50″ respectively
The sentiment is from the SU set, Just Chicken In (retired)
All DP, twine and two gem stones were gifts. (I added glitter glue, sequins and card stock.
