2016-09-14; Small Talk Frame

These are two gifts that I received last month; DP & post it note banners.

I also used the Cricut cartridge Small Talk and cut a frame at 5″. I admit that I copied the idea of the frame & banners from Pinterest. I changed out the sentiment and color scheme.

The banner is actually pre-printed post it’s. A very clever idea, all you need to do is peal and stick them down where you want them. They are hanging from bakers twine, but the banners were a bit large, so you can’t really see that.

Lawn Faun hello is die cut and stacked 4 layers thick. Normally I would have added crystal effects to the top layer and let dry, but I needed this card in the mail and on it’s way.

And one last look at the card before you go on about your day….

From start to finish this card was done in 35 minutes. That includes paper selection, die cutting, assembling and getting photos before it went into the envelope. I love Pinterest; without that jump start the 35 minutes would have never happened.

Love the mixture of bright and muted. And bunting, who doesn’t love that stuff?
