2016-08-05; Darice Butterfly Frame.02


Hello Stamper!

For today’s sample I again experimented with the Darice Butterfly embossing folder.

I used sidewalk chalk purchased from the dollar store to add color to the raised images only. It was really easy to add the color, I used the huge pieces of chalk turned on their side and just slid it across the surface.

Here is a good look at the punched butterfly. The Martha Stewart punch was used to punch colored/printed vellum which was stacked. I added some foil stickers cut in half for the body of the butterfly.

The chalk was sealed with a fixative so it would not smudge in transit.

    This is very pretty. I had kind of forgotten about chalks, and this reminds me to use them again!
