2016-07-27; Saturday Play Date; templates shared & Reveiw
For our final projects we shared a few fun folds and background resist techniques. Just before I was leaving for my friends house I saw this triangle fold card.
I taught how to fold it to get it to look like this. It is a 4×4″ size when folded flat. All I need to do is decorate it. That will be done in a future project as homework.
And we also made these resist backgrounds. I brought them home and my homework will be to make something with them.
And finally I taught how to make this fun and easy pop-out card. When we were planning our play date something was mentioned about Christmas in July. I took my cue and used Christmas DP for the project. My friend’s homework assignment is to use the template and make a card to show me.
I did take this finished sample along with me to show what the template was that we were making and one idea of how it could be decorated.

And in case you missed any of the fun projects, here is a review of all that I came home with
Thank you Jan for the fun play date; I should have gotten the calendar out to schedule for next month!
