2014-12-05. Holiday Greetings

2014/12/05

I went shopping just before Thanksgiving and picked up some restocking supplies…glue, blades for my paper trimmer and some craft cardstock. I also saw a die on sale for only $4. So yes, I snuck that into my basket and brought it home. It is Spellbinders’ Die D-Lites, Corner Sprigs. On today’s sample I used both the new die and the Craft cardstock; which I’m sorry to say is some pretty flimsy stuff. I should have read the package better before buying but at 50 sheets for $2 I can use it for layering.

I used 2 different sized hole punches, here you see the smaller one being used as berries. I punched it out of a scrap of the glittery background paper.

The sentiment is by TAC (The Angel Company) and embossed in white to match the die cut. I also made my own faux brads by punching a larger hole punch and then adding the tiny one in the center. I topped it off with some crystal effects.

Thanks for stopping by today!

Wow looks awesome. Liking the glitter. Really great looking stamps and layout.
