2014-07-28 Jelly print card design

2014/07/28

Last November I had a fun play date with Maggi where she taught me how to do Jelly Printing. I still have lots of sheets of these fun designs so I brought out one of them and made it into a card design.

I basically took the jelly printed background and then added random collage stamped images to it. Most of the images are by Stampers Anonymous, from assorted the Tim Holtz collection.

And one last look before you go on about your day…

The large pretty gold die cut is by Memory Box. It’s perfect for this design and lets the background shine. I found a smaller die by Cuttlebug that went with the large die pretty well. I cut this out of the same gold card stock. I think the glitter glue is a nice final touch.

What a lovely die. I often marvel at the ornate beauty you achieve on your cards.

Very elegant with that pretty die cut done in gold! I should have my die like that soon. I fell in love with it when I saw it!
