2014-02-07 Lofty stencil paste

2014/02/07

On this sample with stencil paste I really got some heft on those dots! So I had to use it to make a card where you could see their lofty height.

The floral arrangement is made using some extra wide ribbon that was cut down to size and the leaf branch by Martha Stewart. I used an iridescent medium to add some sheen to the leaves.

I created the background by masking and sponging in color. Next I used a stencil and paste and added the dots which where sprinkled with gold glitter. The thank you by Hero Arts was punched out and added to the ribbon center and covered with crystal effects.

The butterfly is punched out and popped up on 3-d mounting tape. It was also colored with iridescent medium.

That is a really lovely card!!! Using the stencil paste for that background really gives it a very special look to the card. Love it!!!

Really a great card. Vibrant but peaceful. TFS with the group. The past sounds interesting.
