2009-09-23 Fall Side Step Card

2009/09/23

I am having a stamping friend over to my house today. We each are to have a shoe box project ready so we can play. I usually have a bunch of clean and simple designs ready to do, but I decided to do a single more involved fall card.

The card we are doing today is a side step card. I just googled and surfed until I found some directions I could easily follow.

I’ve made a template for us and we can either make this same card or add other stamps to change the look. I’ll be sure to take pictures and show them tomorrow if we get them done. The list of stamps/supplies is below the photo.

2009-09-23

Stamps:
Tree = Stampington & Company
Autumn Greetings = Craft Stamps; T. Comstock
May the bounty…= Hero Arts
Greenery (bottom of fence line) = Art Impressions

Punches/die’s:
Fence = Martha Stewart
Pumpkin = Pumpkin Spice by Cuttlebug
Leaf = Punch Bunch
Ribbon Punch (not visible but used to anchor raffia) = MaGill
Word Window Punch (not visible but used as support struts on under side of card)

I also used various watercolor markers; DSP’s; Gold embossing powder, black embossing powder, with heat gun; Distress Inks with blending tool; raffia; 3-d mounting tape; chalks.
