How about a CAS card today? Here you go. The leaves are a large background stamp by JRL Design called Leafy Prints. This was a rummage sale find but I don’t remember from when. It still has a $2 sticker on it so at least I know it was a bargain. The card stock base is also a bargain…it is a recycled file folder. It is actually sturdier than the usual card stock I use.
I masked the card front and stamped the image then colored in the leaves with some fall colors.
I colored some white twine that my friend Maggi gave me using distress ink in old paper. It’s been wrapped around the card and came up through the button and tied off. I used a glue dot to hold the button down where I wanted it. Happy Autumn is by TPC Studios.

Very pretty card for this time of year (although we’re getting way to close to Winter)! That’s a neat way to use a background stamp.
