Very cute. I think I’m going to make it. Something different. I wear sunglasses and glasses for distance, so that’d be an awesome little gift to myself.
Why aren’t you just single crocheting in each single crochet for the body?
I found that it stopped the rows from spiraling. This way they stay in one place and form the “seam”.
Is Row 37 correct? Row 36 leaves me with 5 sc. So when I’m doing Row 37 it requires 7 scs in the row below but I only have five scs…
Eek, you are right. On my example I didn’t skip a stitch at each end of that row. I will correct that. It should read:
37: sc in next sc, chain 3, skip next 2 sc, sc in next 2 sc, ch 1, turn (3 sc)
I just got glasses and I think I might make this.
I am a fairly new beginner and trying to make this eyeglass case, but having a hard time trying to understand the pattern. Could you please help me? Thanks Amy
how would u go about making this case larger (for mabe sunglasses?)?
thanks
